Want to sleep well at night and wake up beautiful in the morning? Sleep on a satin pillow case. I hate the satin bonnets, it gives you bonnet head lol! This advice is for all hair styles natural or relaxed. Also, if you have hair that’s long enough to pull up on top of your head, loosely wrap a satin band or satin scrunchie around the longest part of the hair into a ponytail / pineapple. Tie a satin/ silk scarf around the borders of the hair that’s not long enough to reach the ponytail holder. If you are rocking a doobie wrap, short style, natural or relaxed omit step one and just wrap the scarf around the borders of the hair. however, everyone should be sleeping on satin! Rest well beauties!
